This whimsical waterfront home, located on the tranquil
north shore of Pine Island, will charm your senses and instantly give you that nothing like it, on the water feeling. Beautiful sunsets, dolphins and memories to last a lifetime are what you will find here.
The upstairs unit offers two large bedrooms, each with private full baths. King bed in the master and two full sized beds in the guestroom. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, vaulted ceilings throughout and bare rafters add to the old cottage atmosphere you will experience while relaxing in the nicely appointed living room that looks out at Charlotte Harbor. The large screen porch and deck area puts you closer to the spectacular view and wildlife. Cable TV, DVD, local phone and wireless internet. All linens are provided for your convenience.
* Downstairs is a quaint one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and charming dining area. The living room looks out at Charlotte Harbor through large picture windows. The bedroom offers two full sized beds. The combination of the walk-in shower and this apartment being ground level make this a great choice for those who don’t do steps. Cable TV, DVD and all linens are provided. The laundry facilities and the pool are shared amenities. Both units and the neighbors to the east share use of the fishing pier that stretches out on to the harbor. Two Kayaks come with the house. The house can be rented as a one unit or the upstairs and downstairs rented separately.

Upper level and guest apartment can be rented as a whole or individually. Available December, January, February and March. Other dates available upon request (30 day minimum).

Guest Apartment - $2350/month (2 people max)
All Rates Subject to 9% Florida Tax. Cleaning Fee Additional.
